CNC carved desktop icon (from a 3d model) of a JPEG Photoshop file then stuck on the cover of a book ("the world is flat" by Thomas Friedman) and painted with same colors and patterns of the original book cover (hidden underneath the small piece of plastic). From a distance of 60-70 cm (27") it is quite impossible to see the camouflaged sculpted icon.
