My paintings are landscapes. Contemporary landscapes.
I paint desktop's icons, desktops, folders, software. The best known landscape in the world.

Pop icons? Post office protocol icons.
My idea: laptop is the window, desktop is the landscape, cursor is the horizon.

If my paintings are landscapes, my web sites/ net_projects are portraits, or in some ways, interfaces to generate a portrait.

Today the only possible form of portrait is a www project where the person is not important. The important thing is the personal mental identity: e-mail; avatar; DTPicons; ftp login; nicknames, emoticons etc.

The websites can become wonderful examples of portraits.
